Hello, these are the GALUC policies you should know. Please read them fully to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a positive experience.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Items can be exchanged within a maximum of one day if they do not fit or have defects.
- We provide a sewing service to adjust items to your desired size.
- We do not offer a "safe now, pay later" option. Items can only be saved if a half deposit is given, and the full purchase is completed within a maximum of three days.
- Payments can be made in cash or via personal transfer.
Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm. We do not work on Sundays and will not respond to any messages, emails, or DMs. If you need delivery on a Sunday, it will cost extra.
Delivery times may vary, so you will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is ready for pickup or delivery. We will then discuss a mutually convenient date and time.
Orders take 1-2 days to process. If you require earlier delivery, please send us a message at +297 560 3444, including your name and order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation via email, please check your spam folder.
Please note that delivery pricing starts at 7 AWG and can go up to 35 AWG, depending on the distance. This is an additional fee and is not included in the price. See below for our delivery pricing:
- Noord and hotel area: 7 AWG
- Oranjestad area: 15 AWG
- Airport area: 25 AWG
- Savaneta to San Nicolas area: 35 AWG
Our payment methods include:
- Cash on delivery: You pay the exact order amount in cash when your order is delivered.
- Money order: You pick up your order at our company address and pay the exact order amount in cash.
- Bank transfer: If you prefer, you can transfer the money to our company bank account. Please let us know when we reach out to you for pick-up or delivery if you wish to use this option.
